Hey, I’m Bella Vasta,
and I eat, sleep and breathe social media. And when I sold my pet business back in 2016 (for over six figures) I was sad, because I reeeeally missed the marketing aspect of my business.

I’m worried your VA won’t be as good as people I could find myself.
I write the strategy, and professional designers work on the design, and professional copywriters write the copy. These are people I have invested a huge amount of time finding, and onboarding into my business because they’re gifted at what they do.
The problem with finding your own team is that you have to create all of the procedures and processes that go with it.
You’ll need to create a Standard Operating Procedure. They’ll need to know your colors, fonts, lingo, emojis, and they’ll need to know your content buckets. They’ll need to know your platforms inside and out, what strategies work, frequency, and how to engage in both inbound and outbound conversations
This takes a lot of set up and work on your part before you can hand this over. And once they start, there’s a lot of checking on them to make sure everything is working properly and adjusting the protocols to what is working and what isn’t.
How much would it cost me to outsource this to someone else?
